Roomy, but hard to maneuver

Got this for my eighty five year old mother. It fits about four large grocery bags, but she struggled to maneuver it. The front wheels swivel and constantly catch on thresholds. The bigger issue is it can't roll while folded, you have to carry it since the front wheels get trapped inside the back wheels, making rolling impossible. Not ideal for an older person juggling a purse and a cane. The seller offered a return, but I needed to box it up myself, and the original shipping box was too damaged to reuse.

Front wheels are the weak point

The cart itself is a good, sturdy size, but the front wheels are a real problem. Poorly designed, they seem to move on their own, and unless they're positioned just right it's nearly impossible to latch the closing hook. Not confident these wheels will hold up long term. At this point I only use it indoors from the lobby to my unit.

Wheel will not stay attached

One of the rear wheels keeps popping off while rolling the cart, even after clicking it back into place multiple times. Is there somewhere I can get a replacement rear axle and wheel?
