Good comfort with a sturdy feel

Easy enough to build by following the instructions. Surprisingly sturdy, too. I'm a 240 pound man and four months in it's still tight, apart from the right armrest, which loosened slightly. The wood seems solid with no cracks or warping, and everything fit together fine. Very comfortable.

Good chair

Arrives in parts, of course, but goes together easily using just the included hex key. The holes lined up and everything fit as it should. Very solid once built, and it's comfortable to sit in and rock. Good buy, very happy!

Good idea, weak construction

It looked great and I took my time assembling it, even adding thread locker to the screws. A few weeks in it began creaking a lot. That annoyed me, but I told myself it's just how rocking chairs are. Then one day the back support snapped. Now it's broken and it still creaks. If you actually want to use your chair and not just look at it, find something better made.

Easy enough to assemble and came with all parts

Nothing bad to say, I like it a lot. My old rocking chair of many years broke and I was heartbroken because I loved it. I searched everywhere and even measured it to find a good replacement, and this is the one. It's a little disappointing that it isn't as tall and chunky as my original, but I still like it.

would have been a good chair IF

After only a few months of light use, a crack showed up in the back plate, which seems to have started because the head plate wasn't fastened properly at the factory. Since then the bottoms of the back spindles have loosened and I can barely use the rocker. I bought it because most rockers are too narrow in the seat and aren't made for my weight, but the wood seems weaker than advertised. If I'd known how fragile it was I wouldn't have bought it. The seat width is better and I really wanted to love it. My last rocker lasted two or three decades and this one lasted under two months.
