Bad return policy ruined the experience

Really happy with how the set looks and how comfortable it is, but one of the legs showed up broken. Fixing that meant shipping the whole thing back, and there was no way I could lift that box on my own. They ended up giving me a credit instead, so I glued the leg and added extra support to hold it steady. It gets the job done even if it's not ideal. Honestly I probably won't buy from them again, the return process felt like such poor service and I don't want to risk going through that again. Such an annoying policy.

No replacement cushion option

It's gorgeous and I was obsessed with it at first, but I'm really bummed since I spent good money on this set and the cushion cover fell apart at the seams the first time I washed it. I tried reaching out for a replacement or some kind of suggestion but never heard back. I've searched everywhere online and can't find anything that matches the size. Now it's just bare wood, which is such a shame.

Worth the money!

Love this set. It looks and feels more expensive than what I paid. Since the cushions are white, I picked up a fabric protection spray, and now water and dirt just wipe right off. Also got a waterproof cover for the whole set, and it's fantastic, extra roomy with plenty of coverage. The cushions aren't plush exactly, but comfortable enough. Assembled the whole thing in under two hours. The table itself is weighted and sturdy.

Missing table support bar

My wife and I love this outdoor furniture set. The bench feels very sturdy, and the two armchairs are comfortable, sturdy, and roomy. Only issue is the support bar for the coffee table wasn't included in the box. Would really appreciate it if just that piece could be shipped out to us soon.
