Happy with this and comfy

This chaise lounge showed up quickly. Assembly was a bit tricky since the paint on the frame was too thick for the pieces to fit together smoothly, I had to scrape some off to get it assembled. Once done though, it's very comfortable and long enough for taller people, I'm 6'4" and my feet actually stay on the lounge instead of hanging off!

Feels dependable once set up

The instructions don't make this clear, but once the frame is done you need to hold off on four of the bolts so you can attach the seat to the frame afterward, and make sure to use the washers provided for that step. Took me, a fairly handy grandma, about an hour to figure out and finish on my own. I've assembled Ikea furniture without help before too. It feels very sturdy and definitely looks attractive.

Nice chaise

Assembly was a pain since the directions are picture only with no written steps. It's not complicated exactly, but some actual guidance would've helped. Feels very sturdy though, and the cats seem to approve. On the downside, similar to what others noted, the adjustment bar sticks out a bit and can feel uncomfortable against your back.

Really good customer service, great product

Great product overall. A couple pieces were a little tricky to fit together, but the whole thing only took about 20 minutes to assemble solo.
