The Honhorrs green-and-white chopper combines a hinged press with interchangeable cutting inserts above a clear collection container. Choose either dicing grid for chopped onions and peppers, or switch to the slicer inserts for ribbons, shreds and grated ingredients. The removable drain basket lifts prepared vegetables out of the outer tray, making it practical to rinse and drain a salad base before serving.

A food holder gives you a grip point when using the exposed slicing surface. The accessory set also includes an egg separator and a small cleaning comb for clearing the press. Changing the insert changes the cut rather than requiring a different countertop appliance. This is a manual tool: keep fingers away from the stainless-steel cutting edges and use the holder when slicing.
