Good idea, weak construction

I picked this scale for its fair price and the counting features I wanted. A year later the keypad broke and I was really frustrated, but the company, though not obliged to, sent a replacement keypad free of charge. They included diagrams, a video tutorial and everything else I needed. It arrived in about three days, installation took roughly ten minutes, and it now runs perfectly! Buy with confidence.
