A decent buy with one annoyance

We really love this scale. We wanted a kitchen scale that fits in a drawer, and the listing didn't give exact dimensions, so it turned out much bigger than expected, but that actually suits everyday use better. Nothing fancy, but usable

I had the Bluetooth battery version, and the battery died after a year. Not surprising, but support is practically nonexistent. You can't buy a replacement from the seller or the manufacturer, and the only way to get one seems to be in a store. The warranty can't be registered either, and the only support option is email.

Makes counting quick and simple

I bought it just for accuracy, but I've used the counting feature plenty. Before trips I portion out dog food and medication with it, which beats counting pieces one by one. I have no calibration weights to verify accuracy, but the readings are very repeatable. Zeroing the container and setting the counting weight are simple and need no instructions.
